How is Restylane KYSSE administered?
First, the clinician disinfects the area to be treated. A small amount of Restylane Fillers or Restylane Skinboosters is then injected into the skin through a fine needle or blunt microcannula to fill wrinkles or add volume, contour your face or lips, or rejuvenate your skin. After the injection, your practitioner may gently massage the treated area to even out the result.
How long does RESTYLNE KYSSE injection treatment last?
A Restylane treatment doesn’t take long. Depending on the area and indications, it takes approximately 15 to 45 minutes. A touch-up treatment is sometimes performed approximately two weeks after the initial treatment to optimize results.
Is Restylane treatment painful?
Some people may experience mild discomfort. Many Restylane products contain a built-in local anesthetic, lidocaine, to provide a more comfortable treatment experience. Restylane also comes with special needles to facilitate skin penetration. You and your clinician can decide if additional pain relief is needed.
Can anyone have Restylane Fillers or Restylane Skinboosters treatment?
Ask your practitioner if you would benefit from treatment with any of the Restylane products. When discussing your medical history, it is important to tell your doctor everything, including all medications you are taking, all current and past allergies and their severity, and any current or past health problems you have experienced. Your clinician will discuss the potential side effects of Restylane injection and their severity. You should also inform your practitioner if you have previously received any cosmetic treatments, both surgical and non-surgical.
